On behalf of the Victorian Offender Treatment Association Organising Committee, I would like to invite you to the 2007 Bi-Annual conference. Building upon the success of our 2005 conference "Broadening Perspectives: Bringing the Community into Risk Management" this years conference aims to attract a wide body of representation drawing from all agencies and disciplines involved in the management of and working with sexual offenders and victim/survivors and encourage collaboration between such agencies. Also following on from the 2005 conference this year will entail traditional conference presentations, workshops and interactive discussion forums. Last year we introduced the use of Open Space Technology to provide a forum for active discussion of issues and development of collaborative strategies. This year's conference will expand on the use of this innovative approach to encourage active participation by all conference delegates.
