However, you may print a hard copy of the registration and fax to us at +61 (0)2 9265 0880 or email to vota2009@arinex.com.au. Alternatively, you may register when you arrive at the Conference.

Professional Development Points
Delegates attending the Conference are eligible for Professional Development points. Members of the APS Counselling College are eligible to claim 18 Specialist Professional Development points. Members of other APS Colleges and non-College members may claim the equivalent generalist points.

Payment of Fee
NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.
Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners International are the only credit cards accepted at the Conference. Please note that all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to arinex pty limited.
All payments by cheque incur a A$10 processing fee. Cheques should be made payable to VOTA Conference 2009. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque.
You may not pay your fees by direct bank transfer.
Acknowledgements
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.
Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the conference.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.
Registration Fees
- Prior to 24 September 2009, cancellation will incur an A$100.00 cancellation fee
- From 25 September 2009, there will be no refund
- Transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to the Conference Office prior to the conference
- No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference
Accommodation
- The deposit is non-refundable at 24 September 2009
Social Program
- Prior to 24 September 2009, cancellation will incur an A$100.00 cancellation fee
- From 25 September 2009, there will be no refund
Privacy
Australia introduced the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 in 2001. The Parliament Managers (arinex) comply with such legislation which is designed to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information. Information collected in respect of proposed participation in any aspect of the Conference will only be used for the purposes of planning and conduct of the Conference and may also be provided to the organising body or to organisers of future events. It is also usual to produce a ‘Delegate List' of attendees at the Conference and to include the individual's details in such a list. Consent for publication of the individual's information may be withheld when completing the registration form for the Conference. Individuals are also entitled to access the information held by written application to the Conference Managers.
